I was born in the Middle East, coming from a deeply rooted Muslim background. Fleeing my homeland at a young age, I sought safety and a brighter future amidst political instability, economic hardships, and ongoing wars, both internal and with neighboring countries.

As I traveled the world alone, leaving behind my family and everything familiar, I faced numerous challenges – health issues, financial struggles, family and relationship difficulties, as well as racism, sexual abuse, imprisonment, and homelessness.

These personal trials have shaped my understanding of human behavior and the deeper causes behind global crises. This book is a reflection of my journey and the lessons learned, revealing insights that trace the roots of human conflict from the past to the present.
